…develop an ever-deepening awareness of journeying to the Father, with the Son, in the Holy Spirit, growing in our unique personal relationship with each Person of the Holy Trinity; to dwell in the fire of love that is God so that we may catch fire and spread that fire to others; 

…have the same priestly heart of Jesus Christ, our Eternal High Priest, in his sacrifice on Calvary - a heart on fire with love;

…stand “in the breach” (Ps 106) in imitation of Christ the Priest, as intercessors between God and humanity, offering a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving to the Trinity, and being instruments of his love and mercy to others;

…reverence the mystery of the priesthood of Christ and its manifestation in the baptized and, in a special way, in the ordained, striving to increase a sense of the sacredness of the priestly character among all;

...be known for our devotion to and love for the sacred liturgy of the Church by our careful, reverent, and beautiful celebration of the sacred liturgy, and by our multi-faceted efforts to promote a greater understanding of, reverence for, and participation in the liturgy among the members of the Church that they may enter more deeply into the mystery of God and set the world on fire;
